Rant: Chad Owens not offered a contract in Toronto – and moved to Hamilton

Watch Jube rant about the off season happenings regarding Chad Owens. Chad, apparently, was not offered a contract in Toronto, and thus moved to play for Hamilton. All this after moving his family from Hawaii to live in the Toronto area.
